DEVLIN TO HEADLINE CLUELESS, A SUMMER SHOWCASE FULL OF MYSTERY AND SUSPENSE
The Eastside Stories team is about to take you from ‘clueless to clued up’! On Friday, 16th July 2010, Clueless will turn question marks in to exclamation marks with an amazing evening of entertainment, headlined by grime genius Devlin.
The event will take place at Stratford Circus, Theatre Square, Stratford, London, E15 1BX. The Eastside Stories team auditioned artists from across the UK to bring you the cream of the crop. Enter future pop stars Code Red, the soulful SonenThe night will also feature performances from the DV8 All-Stars, a fashion show featuring Shaduno, and competitions to win top prizes. A TV crew will be filming the event and interviewing celebs and audience members for a special show, toi and her Funk For Soul collective, enlightened lyricist Metamore, high flying R&B divas Madam Butterfly and the madcap Lingo Scott (imagine the love child of Jimi Hendrix and Pink)... to name a few.
The night will also feature performances from the DV8 All-Stars, a fashion show featuring Shaduno, and competitions to win top prizes. A TV crew will be filming the event and interviewing celebs and audience members for a special show, to be broadcast at a later date. Clueless promises to be an unmissable experience.
About Eastside Stories
Organised and promoted by students from DV8 Training’s Music Industry Project, the event is the culmination of a 19-week course led by event manger and producer Fusion. The fresh concepts, marketing savvy and ambition of the youthful team has already attracted big names such as Ghetts, Chipmunk, MOBO Award winner Shola Ama and many more.
